May 21, 2022 · Until a couple of weeks ago I could use HP Smart to scan documents; it had a very good interface. Suddenly it says "Scanning is currently unavailable," and also "Printer status unknown."

If HP Smart does not display in the list, you do not need to do anything. Continue with these steps. If HP Smart does display in the list, select each instance of HP Smart, and then click End Task.
